• Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, venue or business name, and anything you share when you book or attend an Event Flow Audit.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and similar usage data, through cookies and analytics tools.

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule, confirm and remind you about your Event Flow Audit.
• To deliver Booked Boost OS if you become a client.
• To send booking confirmations, appointment reminders and follow-up messages about your Event Flow Audit.
• To run, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. SMS / Mobile Information

Phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in are stored in secure systems with access limited to staff who need them.
