1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing bookedboost.io, booking an Event Flow Audit, or engaging the services of Matthew Mehran Alquisada-Mansoori, doing business as Booked Boost ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

We install and operate Booked Boost OS for event venues: inquiry capture across email, social media, website forms and listing sites; instant replies and automated follow-up by text, email and voice; booking reporting; and, where agreed, advertising support. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Example figures on this site are illustrations, not promises.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Booked Boost, you agree to the following:

You will receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders and follow-up messages about your Event Flow Audit from Booked Boost.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Bookings & Communications

Booking an Event Flow Audit is free and does not create a purchase or a client relationship. Calls are confirmed by replying to the confirmation text; unconfirmed calls may be released. You may reschedule from the confirmation email. We may contact you by email, phone and, if you opted in, text message about your booking.

5. Payments, Refunds & Guarantee

Fees and payment terms are set out only in the written client agreement. No fees are charged for booking or attending an Event Flow Audit.

Guarantee: 2 to 4 more booked events a month within 60 days, or we work for free until you get them. The guarantee applies when the client follows the plan agreed at the start of the engagement. Full guarantee terms are set out in the client agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, the Booked Boost OS name and related materials, belongs to Matthew Mehran Alquisada-Mansoori, doing business as Booked Boost and may not be copied without written permission. No license is granted by use of the site.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Results depend on factors outside our control, including each venue's market, pricing, capacity and follow-through. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
